Earth & Fire
Dutch progressive rock band formed in 1968 by twin brothers Chris and Gerard Koerts. The band is known for its blend of symphonic rock, pop, and psychedelic influences, with a strong focus on melodic compositions and rich, orchestral arrangements. Earth & Fire gained popularity in the early 1970s with hits like "Memories" and "Storm and Thunder," and they are particularly noted for their concept album Song of the Marching Children (1971). Over the years, the band evolved their sound, incorporating more electronic elements, before disbanding in the early 1980s.
